Studio RK Salon Sees Success With Ramped Up E-Marketing Initiatives
FORT MYERS, Fla. (Oct. 28, 2008) – Studio RK Salon, a full-service hair and nail salon in Fort Myers, has added a new “tips and trends” page to its Web site.
The salon will regularly update the Web site with the season’s top 10 trends, including the hottest hair styles for women and men, cool new products and the best make-up shades for the season. To help clients stay ahead of the trends, the salon also informs clients of the latest industry information in its e-newsletter.
In addition to information on stylists, services and products, the Web site and e-newsletter also feature exclusive offers, such as a free express manicure with the purchase of a premiere pedicure or a free recycled cotton tote bag with the purchase of three beauty products. Since launching its new e-marketing initiatives in early 2008, the salon has seen an increase in overall traffic to the Web site, including a 10% boost in new visitor traffic. The average time spent on the site has also increased, indicating visitors are using the Web site as a resource.
