Great Lengths Certified, Redken Specialist, I have taken numerous classes inhouse and at several hairshows. I just attended the Redken Exchange in NYC for a Design Class in May 2010, Makeup Artist and Keratin Complex Specialist. |

Service philosophy? |
Make each guest feel comfortable and give them the opportunity to explain their expectations and desires. Understanding what each guest expects is half of the battle,but the most important. |
